We don’t currently have an online store; however, you can place orders over the phone or through social media. The best way to see our newest arrivals and learn about our current sales is to follow us on Instagram @shopsteamroller. Our Instagram Page is updated by both our Jonesboro and Little Rock locations. You can also like us on Facebook at “SteamRoller Blues” and “SteamRoller Blues in the Heights,” which are updated by the individual stores.

Holding an Item
We’re happy to hold non-sale items you see on our Instagram or Facebook Page for up to 24 hours! If you see something you want us to hold, comment with the size and which location you would like the item to be held.

If you see something you would like to order on Instagram, and you’re an in-town customer, you can run/hold an item and we’ll run your card and put it on hold for you until you can come in the store to pick it up. Just comment “run/hold” on Instagram and make sure to include the size and the location you want the item held.

If you’re an out-of-town customer, you can place an order by giving us a call or commenting on our Instagram. If you’re a first time customer, please give us a call so we can get your account set up! Once you’re in our system, placing an order is as easy as commenting “run/ship” on Instagram along with the size you’re wanting to order.

Shipping Charges
We ship using USPS flat rate shipping. Shipping charges range from $6.80 to $18.75, depending on the size of your shipment. If whatever is being shipped does not fit in a 12” x 12” x 5.5” box, your shipping price may exceed $18.75. If you have any questions about what you will be charged for shipping, please ask when placing your order.

All sales over $150 ship for free (with USPS flat rate shipping)!

Shipping Times
Orders placed Sunday-Thursday are usually shipped out within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday or Saturday might not go out until the following Monday. By using USPS flat rate shipping, most packages arrive in 2 days, once shipped. However, if you need to guarantee your package arrives by a certain time, give us a call and we can usually accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that if you need to guarantee an arrival date, your shipping price will most likely increase.

Cancelling or Changing an Order
We will gladly accommodate changes to your order before the order has shipped. Please give us a call if you need to cancel your order or have a change regarding billing information, shipping information, or the order itself.

We will gladly exchange tagged merchandise within 14 days of purchase with a sales receipt. All merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition. Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit. No Cash or Credit Card refunds. No returns on sale items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns need to be shipped to whichever location the merchandise was purchased. If you are unsure of which location your merchandise was shipped from, check the sales receipt or give us a call.
